QUALIFICATIONS RELATED TO THE POSITION
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the sport of swimming and possess strategies on how to communicate and convey that understanding to the student-athletes and coaches in all levels of the swimming program. The preferred candidate has availability to work with the Varsity team from 3:30-6:00 pm during the weekday and some Saturdays throughout the Fall sports season. The Assistant Varsity Coach works closely with the Head Coach to coordinate workouts and establish best practices for the continued success of the program.
